The vanguard warships had even stopped using their cannons to bombard the enemy. They chose a more aggressive way to tear open a breach for the counterattack fleet: ramming straight through!
The engines of the tens-of-thousands-of-ton warships roared at full power as they slammed into the enemy, their impact far more powerful than cannon fire. Like deep-sea torpedoes charging through, they shoved aside NPC Warships one after another, sending them tumbling away and exploding.
Flames flashed along the hulls, dyeing the Atari people's eyes red.
Then, a joyful cry of hope rang through the grief-stricken communications channel: "Reinforcements are here! Our reinforcements are here!"
The commander, who had been watching the Holographic Projection and trying to inflict the greatest possible damage on the enemy in their desperate situation, looked up blankly at the cheering crew. He reflexively denied it. "Reinforcements are impossible. The Confederacy has already given up on us—"
"Commander, it's a transmission from the Reinforcement Fleet!" the radar communications officer cried out.
The alien ambassadors, who had been silent until then, broke into animated discussion. "The Atari Star Sea Confederacy actually hasn't abandoned this Fortress Star System? They even sent reinforcements?"
"That's incredibly unwise. This place has already become a route for the NPC Team's advance. Continuing to resist will only consume more of their surviving forces." An ambassador shook his head. "They'll be able to hold out longer if they preserve more of their strength."
On the Holographic Projection, a vast fleet appeared in deep space. It was so large that a huge field of reflected signals appeared across the display.
"A fleet of ten million! Have the Atari people gone mad?" someone exclaimed. The alien ambassadors looked at one another.
"What a
