The rest were mostly the big shots of their respective parallel Ninja Worlds. At worst, they were like Orochimaru and Obito, with extremely powerful means of protecting themselves, so there was little need to worry about their safety.
As for Boruto and Kawaki, they had pleaded desperately with Six Paths Naruto and Sasuke and Natsu Yuu before finally earning permission to come along.
