To be fair.
The changes that came over the Big Bad Wolf in the shadows were truly astonishingly obvious.
The once arrogant and domineering shadow creature, the Big Bad Wolf, now looked as though it had been struck by lightning. Its originally ferocious face twisted instantly, its blood-red eyes widening round with terror and disbelief. When it clearly saw the Raven Ian had transformed into, its entire soul began to tremble violently, as if gripped tightly by some invisible and overwhelming force. With a thud, it dropped to its knees inside the bottle.
It was hard to imagine a wolf kneeling on all four legs at once. But from the Big Bad Wolf's perspective, how could it not instantly drop to its knees? As a member of the Soul Hall, it had recognized Ian's transformed form almost immediately.
That was the ruler of the Soul Hall, the savior in the hearts of countless Soul Palace Emissaries—the Eternal Raven. As for why a human wizard possessed such a form, merely considering the implications was enough to make the Big Bad Wolf shake uncontrollably.
Mortals could not bear the weight of gods.
And if a mortal became a god, then among all the stories throughout history, there could only be one possibility: the mortal form was merely the disguise it had transformed into.
As a character from fairy tales and stories, the Big Bad Wolf found this situation far too familiar. Some gods simply enjoyed transforming into mortals and wandering the human world. At that thought, every trace of its former arrogance vanished completely.
"L-Lord!" The Big Bad Wolf's soul knelt within the bottle, its voice trembling with awe. Its eyes were filled with disbelief, as though it had witnessed something utterly unimaginable.
"Y-You... why are You here? H-How is this possible?"
