Inception (III)

Jon's force field ultimately chose a church.

After all, the other places were all residences with their doors and windows tightly shut. Whether anyone lived inside or not, barging in rashly would not have been appropriate.

Things were much more peaceful at the church. There was nothing terrifying inside, and the statues were covered in dust. It did not look like any so-called Priest lived here.

Jon pulled several sheets of paper from his pocket. Though he had supposedly pulled them out, it would be more accurate to say he had conjured them with magic. The two used the paper to wipe the rainwater clinging to the backs of their hands, only to suddenly notice that its color was strange.

"It should have been white. Why is it yellowish-green?"

"That color looks a little familiar. Let me think... it seems like some kind of chemical... Boss, ether seems to be this color. I saw it at Lenna's place before."

"Lenna has that?"

Jon skipped over that question, but this was obviously not the time to discuss it. Their top priority was finding the source of this substance. Mr. and Mrs. Longbottom were both wizards, so they definitely would not have come into contact with chemical drugs from Muggle society. But Laura's words did give Jon an idea. If it was not a chemical, then it might have been a potion.

The couple lived in a magical hospital, after all, and they normally needed to take medicine.
