"Ah, Harry!"
In the kitchen, Mrs. Weasley spotted Harry approaching and called out loudly, interrupting Fleur's long-winded monologue about the wedding.
"Excellent, I was just about to tell you about the security arrangements for the journey to Hogwarts tomorrow.
"We've borrowed a Ministry of Magic car again. There'll be Aurors waiting at the station—"
"Will Tonks be there too?"
Harry handed over his Quidditch robes and asked.
"No, probably not. Arthur says she's been assigned somewhere else."
"That Tonks, she's become rather unkempt lately."
Fleur said thoughtfully, examining her beautiful face in the back of a teaspoon. "If you ask me, that's a terrible mistake—"
"Yes, thank you very much."
Mrs. Weasley said sharply, cutting Fleur off again. "You'd best hurry up and finish packing, Harry.
"If possible, I'd like you to have your trunk packed tonight, rather than making a complete mess at the last minute as usual."
Sure enough, when they left the next morning, things went much more smoothly than usual.
By the time the Ministry of Magic car pulled up in front of The Burrow, they were all waiting there: their trunks were packed,
Hermione's cat Crookshanks sat placidly in his travel basket,
and Hedwig, Ron's owl Pigwidgeon, and Ginny's newly bought purple Pygmy Puff, Arnold, were all safely shut in their cages.
"Goodbye, Harry."
Fleur said in her husky voice, and kissed Harry.
Ron hurried forward with an eager look on his face, but Ginny stuck out a foot and tripped him, sending him sprawling into the dirt at Fleur's feet.
His face blazing red with rage and covered in dust, he hurried into the car without even saying goodbye.
