Recently, the members of the Order of the Phoenix had been unable to meet with Jon.

Mainly because Jon had been avoiding them. Fortunately, even without meeting them, he had arranged everything properly, and nothing had gone wrong.

Under such circumstances, no major mishaps were likely to occur. As for Dumbledore, the Order of the Phoenix members more or less knew something about his situation.
