The Shrek group faced Canghui Academy, then entered the Star Dou Great Forest to seek Soul Rings while Lin Xia and Lin Mo guided their choices. Oscar and Tang San gained new Soul Rings, and the group continued deeper into the forest with Meng Yiran still seeking a suitable beast.

• Dai Mochen, Third Master, Xin, and Little Dance confronted Canghui Academy in a tavern, but Lin Mo ordered them to take the fight outside and Zhang Tie Feng later defeated Ye Zhiqiu with a single blow.
• Flender intervened in the aftermath, and Lin Xia warned him that the students’ conduct reflected on Shrek Academy and the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect before the group set out for the Star Dou Great Forest.
• Lin Mo stopped Dai Mochen from attacking Qi Qi Rats and explained that unnecessary killing could harm Soul Beast populations and attract predators.
• Lin Mo halted the Crested Serpent’s attack on Oscar, and Lin Xia killed it before Xuan arranged a spar between Oscar and Ying Luo to decide who would receive its Soul Ring.
• Zhu Zhuqing defeated Ying Luo in the spar, allowing Oscar to absorb the thousand-year Crested Serpent’s Soul Ring and gain a flight-granting Mushroom Sausage skill.
• Third Master and Ying Luo absorbed Soul Rings, while Lin Mo warned the group that Soul Beast hunting could make powerful beasts increasingly rare and Xuan described Wuhun Hall’s protected Soul Beast forests.
• Lin Xia arranged a spar between Zhu Zhuqing and Meng Yiran, then led the group to find Soul Rings for Oscar and Tang San as Tang San reached level thirty.
• Lin Xia guided the group to a Ghost Vine Forest, killed a roughly seventeen-hundred-year-old Ghost Vine King, and told Tang San to absorb its Purple Soul Ring.

Lin Xia and the Shrek group faced the Titan Great Ape in the Star Dou Great Forest, where Xiao Wu gained her Third Soul Ring and Tang San was left badly injured. After returning to Shrek Academy, Lin Xia departed for Heaven Dou Royal Academy with Zhu Zhuqing, Ning Rongrong, and Meng Yiran.

• Lin Xia confronted the Titan Great Ape with Tyranitar, but the Forest King seized Xiao Wu and fled into the Star Dou Great Forest.
• Lin Xia led a pursuit after Xiao Wu, while Tang San went ahead alone and fought a Man Faced Demon Spider before Lin Xia killed it and erased its Soul Ring and Eight Spider Lances.
• Xiao Wu returned safely and claimed that a bull-like roar had forced the Titan Great Ape to release her, concealing that Er Ming had helped her form her Third Soul Ring.
• Lin Xia guided the group out of the forest, and Meng Shu and Chao Tianxiang entrusted Meng Yiran to him as Flender carried the unconscious Tang San back to Shrek Academy.
• Flender told Yu Xiaogang and Zhao Wuji about the forest battle, Xiao Wu’s new Soul Ring, and Oscar’s flying Third Soul Skill, while Yu Xiaogang explained the power of the Sky Azure Bull Python.
• After Tang San recovered unusually quickly, Lin Xia decided to seek the immortal herbs and left Shrek Academy with Zhu Zhuqing, Ning Rongrong, and Meng Yiran for Heaven Dou City.
• Lin Xia and the three women reached Heaven Dou Royal Academy, where Meng Shenji, Bai Baoshan, and Zhilin welcomed them and escorted them to the Education Committee Building.

Lin Xia joined Heaven Dou Royal Academy and demonstrated his overwhelming strength to the Imperial Dou Team. At auction he rescued a catgirl and named her Lin Ling, then strengthened himself and Tyranitar with Whale Rubber before arranging to seek Yue Guan’s notes on Immortal Herbs.

• Lin Xia asked to enroll at Heaven Dou Royal Academy, and Meng Shenji welcomed him and his companions onto the Imperial Dou Team.
• Lin Xia overwhelmed the team with Tyranitar’s Sandstorm Domain, ending the spar when the members admitted defeat.
• Lin Xia brought the team to the Heaven Dou Auction House, where he bought valuable materials and rescued a caged catgirl from the bidders.
• Lin Xia freed the catgirl, named her Lin Ling, and brought her back to Heaven Dou Royal Academy.
• Lin Xia absorbed the Ten Thousand Year Whale Rubber, directing most of its power to Tyranitar while tempering his own body with the rest.
• Lin Xia asked Xue Qinghe to seek Yue Guan’s handwritten notes on plants and herbs, then arranged to trade Soul Tools for them.

Lin Xia trained his companions, cured Dugu Bo and Dugu Yan’s poison, and took a group of women west to Slaughter City. After forcing their way through the city’s entrance, Lin Xia insisted they enter the Inner City despite the deadly arena trial required for admission.

• Lin Xia guided Zhu Zhuqing, Ning Rongrong, and Meng Yiran in cultivation, then offered to help Lin Ling despite her low Innate Soul Power.
• Lin Xia gave Xue Qinghe experimental Soul Tools and used Yue Guan’s Immortal Herb handbook to persuade Dugu Yan to take him to Dugu Bo.
• Dugu Bo brought Lin Xia and Dugu Yan to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, where Lin Xia consumed the opposing Immortal Herbs, survived their power, and absorbed the wills of the Ice Dragon King and Fire Dragon King.
• Lin Xia cured Dugu Bo with Blood Swan Kiss and Seven-Colored Glazed Poison Vine, raising Dugu Bo to rank ninety-seven, then helped Dugu Yan evolve into a Medusa martial soul.
• Lin Xia left Heaven Dou City with Zhu Zhuqing, Ning Rongrong, and Meng Yiran, while Dugu Yan and Ye Lingling joined after securing their families’ permission.
• Lin Xia told the women they were traveling to Slaughter City, equipped them with Soul Tools, and led them through the Bloody Mary tavern’s hidden entrance.
• At Slaughter City’s gate, Lin Xia killed Scarface and summoned Tyranitar to defeat Scott, earning Passes and Identity Tokens for the group.
• After the Black-Veiled Girl showed them a temporary stone house, Lin Xia demanded entry to the Inner City, where a deadly Hell Slaughter Arena match awaited them.
