Background / History

At eighteen, Lü Qinglong chose to enlist rather than attend college. Before making the decision, he visited his deceased brother’s grave to seek his approval; afterward, he persuaded his mother to support his enlistment. Commander Li’s initial refusal changed immediately upon learning that Qinglong was the son of Lü Weiguo 2.

He intended to begin as an ordinary enlisted soldier rather than enter the National University of Defense Technology first, following the military path of his father and brother 4.
