Lion gripped the Greatsword and strained to pull it free.

Emagran tried to project information into Lion's mind, but the Primarch had no intention of accepting it.

And when Emagran opened her mouth to explain, Lion had already pulled the Greatsword free from where it pinned the chain and charged at Lu Jin.

"Butcher!"

Lion roared.

"The only difference between you and Angron is that you killed everyone you hated!"

"You act entirely on your own likes and dislikes. If you have some affection for someone, you'll let them off even if they've done evil. On the other hand, even if they're a good person, you'll slaughter them anyway!"

Lion knew about the relationship between Emagran and Lu Jin, so he thought Lu Jin was merely enraged because Sela had captured Emagran—and was therefore bent on killing him.
