They did not know what the Heavenly Dragon Pavilion was thinking, but since it had chosen to stay, there had to be a reason.
They were already struggling to survive in the cracks between greater powers. It was better to play things safe.
"It seems those who left have quite a few grievances against our Heavenreach Sacred Academy."

Would it have the Sacred Academy Alliance take action again?
That would not be a good thing for Heavenreach Sacred Academy.
Relying too heavily on any one power would severely restrict Heavenreach Sacred Academy's own development.
