Chen Changan gathered resources by defeating the region’s strongest challengers, then traveled to Dragon Source Land with his companions and earned the He Family’s attention. The He Family agreed to invest in him as he considered entering the Dragon Source Grand Competition.

• Chen Changan chose to travel as an unaffiliated cultivator, and he and his companions raided Heavenly Light Prefecture’s five Origin Stone mines before arranging challenges against the region’s factions.
• Chen Changan partnered with Tian Ziming to host the challenges and betting pool in Flowing Light City, where he defeated the Heaven Slaying Realm fighters, including Shu Feiyuan and Ming Xiao.
• Chen Changan and his companions cultivated with their winnings, and Chen Changan broke through to the Carefree Realm after absorbing energy from across the region.
• Chen Changan declared himself Invincible Under Yin Yang, Longevity's Number One Prodigy, Invincible Changan of the Chen Family, then rescued He Yunzhou and He Yunwan from five pursuers with one sword strike.
• Chen Changan brought the He siblings home to Dragon Source Land, where He Zhengxiong challenged him and He Tianying also tested his strength before welcoming him.
• He Tianying explained the Dragon Source Grand Competition, and Chen Changan considered entering after learning it was open to those under a million years old.
• He Tianying and the He Family’s ancestor agreed to invest in Chen Changan, while He Yunzhou named Long Ling, Long Xiao, and Zhong Ye as the leading contenders in the competition.

Chen Changan and his companions entered the Dragon Source Grand Competition, defeated their rivals, and advanced to the final. When Zhong Ye was revealed to house the Zhang Family Grand Elder’s soul and the battle drew factions into conflict, Chen Changan killed Zhong Ye and faced Wu Wang Mountain’s forces.

• Chen Changan left Ren Xuan with the He Family, registered for the competition with Mu Yunyao and Da Huang, and killed five Bai Family members who had provoked him.
• Chen Changan met the Dragon Family Head, accepted the family’s investment offer, and learned that Zhong Ye was a formidable rival who wanted to face him.
• Mu Yunyao and Da Huang advanced through their early matches, while Chen Changan defeated Gui Yunyou in one blow and the trio reached the top ten.
• Mu Yunyao defeated Long Ling with power borrowed from the Heavenly Feng Dragon Seal, and Chen Changan knocked Long Xiao out with one punch.
• Mu Yunyao conceded to Chen Changan in the top-three round, setting up his final against Zhong Ye.
• During their final, Chen Changan exposed Zhong Ye’s connection to the Bai Family and learned that the Zhang Family Grand Elder’s soul had possessed him.

Chen Changan crushed Wu Wang Mountain’s forces, pursued Wu Wang Pavilion to Yan Yunzhou, and entered a strange gate that revealed a world created by his past self. After claiming its treasures and using the Flower Goddess to defeat the Four Emperors, he set out to find materials that could help Mu Yunyao and Da Huang break through their limits.

• Chen Changan defeated Wu Wang Mountain’s peak experts, then entered seclusion while the Dragon Family learned of the threat from Wu Kui and Wu Zhuangyuan.
• The He Family’s Ancestor broke through to the Life and Death Realm, and Chen Changan emerged from seclusion with Da Huang and Ren Xuan greatly advanced in cultivation.
• Chen Changan went with Long Xiao to the Dragon Family, where he helped prepare for Wu Wang Mountain’s attack and learned that Mu Yunyao and Da Huang had reached their physical limits.
• Chen Changan killed Wu Kongming and the five Life and Death Realm experts sent against him, then led his allies in defeating Wu Wang Mountain’s forces and headed for Yan Yunzhou.
• Chen Changan learned that the Four Emperors were focused on a strange gate, robbed Wu Wang Pavilion while its strongest fighters were away, and entered the gate alone.
• Inside, Chen Changan gathered vast treasures, broke through to the late stage of the Heaven Slaying Realm, and found the Flower Goddess, who said his past self had created the Flower Realm.
• Chen Changan merged the Flower Realm with himself, took the Rootless Flower, and persuaded the Evil Emperor to kill Wu Zhuangyuan and the remaining members of Wu Wang Pavilion.
• The Flower Goddess swept away the Four Emperors, and Chen Changan left with Mu Yunyao and Da Huang as Ren Xuan investigated rumors that Ao Long City’s lord possessed Wuji Blood.

Chen Changan won Wuji Blood and two Qilin cubs at auction, then traced their parents to the Heaven Organization and learned they could be revived with Nine Heavens Spirit Replenishing Liquid. After finding the liquid in Lesser Spirit Heaven and breaking through to the Yin Yang Realm, he set out for Huaiyang Commandery to investigate the Shengji Bone lead and visit the Su Family.

• Chen Changan arrived in Ao Long City, learned the Lord of Ao Long City had sent Wuji Blood to the Seven Profound Auction House, and set out to win it at auction.
• At the auction, Chen Changan bought the Primordial Stone, Phoenix Blood Nine Dragon Soul, Wuji Blood, and two Qilin cubs, giving the cubs to Da Huang.
• After leaving Seven Profound City despite attempts to rob him, Chen Changan followed the cubs’ trail to Hui Feng Ridge and learned their injured parents had left them there while fleeing pursuers.
• Chen Changan rejected the Hong Family’s plan to use the cubs as bait and used their bloodline to guide his group to the Heaven Organization, where they found the Qilin parents gravely injured and apparently dead.
• Chen Changan took the Qilin bodies and, after Long Xi identified Nine Heavens Spirit Replenishing Liquid as the cure, left the Qilin and their cubs in the Flower Realm while he searched for it.
• In Lesser Spirit Heaven, Chen Changan found the liquid in the Spiritual Vein, absorbed its soul power, and broke through to the Yin Yang Realm before driving off cultivators who confronted him.
• Chen Changan used the liquid to repair the Qilin parents’ souls, then learned the Shengji Bone was probably in Huaiyang Commandery and departed there with Mu Yunyao and Da Huang.
