The Cyborgs Attack

Kiyomi nodded.

She activated her Sharingan and cast a genjutsu.

The black-robed man's eyes went vacant again.

"Speak."

"Headquarters... is in Amegakure..."

"Amegakure?" Naruto was taken aback.

"Yes... the organization established a base there..."

"How many people are at the base?"

"I don't know... I'm only an outer member..."

"Who's the leader?"

"I don't know... I've only seen someone with the code name 'Doctor'..."

Kiyomi released the genjutsu.

"Amegakure..." Naruto mused. "What's the situation there now?"

"I'm not sure," Sasuke said. "Ever since Pain died, Amegakure has rarely communicated with the outside world."

"Looks like we'll have to go there."

"I'll go with you," Sasuke said.

"I'm going too," Kiyomi said.

"No," Naruto said, shaking his head. "It's too dangerous."

"But I can help," Kiyomi said. "The Sharingan can see through genjutsu and traps."

Naruto hesitated.

"All right," he said. "But be careful."

"I will."

The four prepared to set out.

Gaara wanted to come along too.

"This is Leaf's business," Naruto said.

"But the Kara Organization threatens more than just Leaf," Gaara said. "Sunagakure should be involved too."

"Then let's go together."

The four left Leaf and headed for Amegakure.

On the way, Kiyomi asked, "What kind of place is Amegakure?"

"A village where it rains all year round," Sasuke said. "It used to be the Akatsuki's base."

"The Akatsuki..."

"An organization that collected tailed beasts," Sasuke said. "Its leader was Pain, whose real identity was Nagato."

"Were they defeated?"

"Yes," Naruto said. "I fought Pain, and in the end, I persuaded him."

"Persuaded him?"

"Yeah." Naruto grinned. "With Talk no Jutsu."

Kiyomi was speechless.

The Hokage's Talk no Jutsu really was something else.

Three days later, the four arrived in Amegakure.

The village was shrouded in rain.

Skyscrapers and pipes were everywhere.

"What a gloomy place," Kiyomi said.
