"Ninja?" Zabuza gave a cold laugh, his tone filled with disdain. "Ninja are nothing but tools. Whoever pays the most gets my life. As for whether the commoners live or die, that has nothing to do with me. Today, I'm taking Tazuna's head. Anyone who gets in my way dies!"
As soon as he finished speaking, Zabuza's figure flickered and vanished from where he stood. He moved as fast as lightning, the Kubikiribōchō in his hand carrying a fierce gust of force as it went straight for Tazuna.
"Watch out!" Kakashi shouted in a low voice. His figure shot forward in an instant, the kunai in his hand blocking with perfect precision.

A crisp metallic collision rang out, sparks scattering in all directions. A tremendous force came through, and Kakashi could not help retreating several steps, his expression changing slightly. Momochi Zabuza's strength was even greater than he had imagined.
Sasuke reacted extremely quickly. Almost the moment Zabuza attacked, his figure flashed, and he blocked Tazuna's path. His hands formed signs at high speed, chakra gathering in his palms, and several shuriken shot toward Zabuza with a sharp gust of wind.
Naruto also mustered his courage and used the Shadow Clone Jutsu. Several shadow clones charged toward Zabuza. Though the gap in strength was vast, they still served to hold him back. Sakura guarded Tazuna closely, constantly warning everyone to be careful. Though fear filled her heart, she never once backed down.
Zabuza gave a cold laugh, not taking Naruto and Sasuke seriously at all. The Kubikiribōchō in his hand swung, easily knocking away the shuriken, and with one kick he scattered Naruto's shadow clones. His only target was Tazuna. He swung his blade again, aiming straight for Tazuna's vital point.
