Jin brought the Shinobi World under attack and tried to replace it with a world of his own design, forcing Naruto and Sasuke to oppose him. They defeated him by rejecting his manufactured ideals and drawing strength from their bonds, and the world returned to normal.

• Sasuke defeated Kakuzu and secured Fū’s surrender, then persuaded Killer B and Rōshi to join the Divine Court after killing Orochimaru.
• Jin demanded Sunagakure’s submission, fought Gaara and the arriving Kage, and declared that resistance to the Divine Court meant death.
• Naruto, Sasuke, and the Sage of Six Paths challenged Jin, but Jin extracted Shukaku and gathered the Tailed Beasts’ Chakra into a sphere he called Zeroing.
• Naruto and Sasuke transformed Zeroing into an independent Ten-Tails, but Jin chained it and killed Obito before drawing it into Kamui’s dimension.
• Jin tested Kakashi, Sasuke, and Naruto with replicas of Rin and Itachi and idealized worlds, but Kakashi and Sasuke rejected his manipulations and Naruto rejected his perfect Konoha.
• The shinobi and samurai gave Naruto their Chakra and memories, allowing his Bonds Rasengan to resist Jin’s attempt to delete the world.
• Jin used an Itachi vessel to make Sasuke choose between his brother and Naruto, but Sasuke chose to keep walking with Naruto and strengthened their bond.
• Sasuke exposed Jin’s Itachi imitation and disabled it, then Naruto destroyed Jin with golden light as the world returned to normal.

After restoring the unstable world, Naruto and Sasuke helped the Uzumaki descendants return to the Land of Whirlpools and rebuild their home. The village survived an attack by mercenaries, but Naruto, Sasuke, Karin, and Yuki-onna faced the Shadow Organization at its research base.

• Naruto and Sasuke stabilized the collapsing Kamui Dimension, freed the tailed beasts, and returned to a world celebrating Jin’s defeat.
• At the postwar summit, Naruto, Sasuke, and Shikamaru opposed Tsuchida’s charter to restrict shinobi and proposed a jointly governed free trade zone in the Land of Whirlpools.
• Naruto and Sasuke gathered Uzumaki descendants, including Karin, Mina, and Nagato, and began restoring their ancestral home while preparing to purify the resentment buried beneath it.
• Naruto and the others activated the Sealing Array, purified the region, and began rebuilding the village, but the Black Crow mercenaries attacked and tried to destroy it.
• Yuki-onna revealed that the Shadow Organization had hired the mercenaries and was developing artificial Tailed Beasts, so Naruto, Sasuke, Karin, and Yuki-onna set out to raid its research base.
• The four destroyed the research data but accidentally freed three Artificial Tailed Beasts, which Naruto defeated as the base collapsed.
• The masked leader of the Shadow Organization confronted the group, wounded Karin, and resisted Naruto’s attack until Sasuke struck him with Amaterasu.

Nagato’s allies uncovered the Shadow Organization’s cyborg program, fought its ultimate modified subject, and exposed its plans to revive the God Tree. As the group split to pursue the Spring of Life and confront the Five Kage Summit, they discovered the Sky Country’s designs on Rōran and the Dragon Vein.

• Sasuke, Naruto, Karin, and Yuki-onna exposed Shadow Organization infiltrators in the Land of Whirlpools, then fought off the Black Shadow Unit and launched an attack on the organization’s offshore base.
• Yuki-onna froze the Shadow Demon King, and Nagato, Sasuke, and Naruto broke his regeneration and modifications, restoring him to Ichiro Tanaka.
• Kisame and Nagato agreed to cooperate, while Sasuke learned from Tanaka that the Shadow Organization had a thousand cyborgs and planned to revive the God Tree with Tailed Beast Chakra.
• Yuki-onna revealed that Absolute Zero was crystallizing her body, and Nagato found a scroll pointing to the Spring of Life in Rōran as a possible cure.
• Sora offered treatment for Yuki-onna in exchange for Kekkei Genkai samples, and Sasuke discovered the Sky Country sponsored the Shadow Organization’s research and sought the Dragon Vein.
• Nagato and his allies split up, with Sasuke, Naruto, and Karin traveling to Rōran while Nagato, Konan, Yuki-onna, and Kisame went to the Five Kage Summit, where Nagato exposed Danzō’s dealings with Lord Shadow and extracted Danzō’s soul.
• Sasuke, Naruto, and Karin entered Rōran, found a logbook describing the Dragon Vein and the Queen’s Heart plan, and reached the contaminated Dragon Vein with help from Uzumaki Runes.
• Sara revealed that Naruto’s Uzumaki blood could purify the Dragon Vein and gave him a life-draining Time-Space Key, just as Sora arrived seeking it.

The Shinobi Alliance uncovered the Shadow Organization’s experiments and awakened the Gatekeeper, an adaptive harvesting system that threatened all life. As the Gatekeeper rebuilt itself, Naruto struck it with the Alliance Rasengan while Tsukimi vanished after entrusting Konan with a blue gem.

• Danzo survived Nagato’s soul extraction, but Nagato immobilized the Root operatives with the Demonic Statue’s chains as Yuki-onna’s condition worsened and Sora exposed his betrayal.
• Naruto and Sasuke stopped Sora’s Dragon Vein catastrophe, while Yaksha attacked the Five Kage and escaped with Danzo’s Sharingan and Hashirama Cells.
• Nagato and Konan used the Spring of Life to cure Yuki-onna, then the leaders formed the Shinobi Alliance and chose Hozuki Castle as their first target.
• Naruto, Sasuke, Yuki-onna, and Karin infiltrated Hozuki Castle, rescued captives, and battled Muon and the artificial Two-Tails experiments before Nagato redirected Muon’s self-destruct blast.
• A tailed-beast hybrid emerged near Hozuki Castle, but Nagato sealed it, and a rift then exposed the Gatekeeper, and Tsukimi sent Nagato, Sasuke, Naruto, Gaara, and Karin to the Moon Country.
• Tsukimi revealed that the Gatekeeper was an automated harvesting system, and the Gatekeeper emerged and adapted to the Alliance’s attacks by building a giant Rinnegan soldier.
• Nagato and Sasuke coordinated the Alliance’s attacks to expose and crack the Giant Soldier’s core, but its remains produced Hunters that overwhelmed the exhausted shinobi.
• Nagato found the Hunters’ central node, Tsukimi stopped the Hunters from detonating, and Naruto struck the rebuilt Giant Soldier with the Alliance Rasengan as Tsukimi gave Konan a blue gem and vanished.
