Reviving Cooler?

This planet had an industrial, technological style, with spacecraft constantly landing and taking off in the sky.

Yet at the center of such a planet stood a retro palace, and this palace belonged to Frieza, the Emperor of the Universe.

Gran appeared outside the palace. He walked up the stairs, where two alien guards stood on either side.

"Who are you?!"

The two alien guards instantly raised their blasters and aimed them at Gran.

"Where's Frieza?" Gran asked.

"You dare call Lord Frieza by name? You're courting death!" one of the alien guards snapped.

Gran narrowed his eyes.

Bang!

The alien instantly exploded.

"Where's Frieza?" Gran looked at the other alien guard.

The guard gulped hard and pointed inside the palace. "I-Inside!"

Gran nodded. He ignored the guy and stepped into the palace.

The palace was enormous. Red carpets, chandeliers, murals... it was lavishly decorated. It was obvious that Frieza, the Emperor of the Universe, cared greatly about his quality of life.

Naturally. As a cosmic real estate tycoon, he certainly wouldn't deprive himself in life.

At that moment, voices echoed through the palace.

"How is it? Can he be revived?"

"I'm sorry, Lord Frieza. Although King Cooler's body was brought back, he is completely dead. With our current technology, we simply cannot revive him, unless..."

"Unless what?"

"Unless we use King Cooler's cells to clone another King Cooler. But then, that other King Cooler wouldn't be the original King Cooler."

"Then what use are you? Go die!"
