Curse Clash: Ring Was Deadlier Than One Missed Call

The preliminary investigation into Sadako's split had found this:

Sadako had targeted someone and was about to kill him when his curse ran its course, but he received a call from One Missed Call.

The clash between the two curses had caused some unknown change.

For now, Ring was deadlier than One Missed Call, and the resulting chain reaction had made the situation spiral out of control.

Sadako had split into multiple individuals and even fused with other urban legends. Rather than fusion, though, it was more accurate to say she had devoured and infected them.

Kotoko Higa had no choice but to ask Li Dan for help.

Even weak urban legends grew powerful fast after Sadako devoured them. With no one knowing how many there were now, Kotoko was at the end of her rope.

No more than five people in the Medium Association could face Sadako head-on.

Everyone else could only assist.
