Round Clam Town was blanketed in silver.

The world outside the window had already turned white. Heavy snow drifted down intermittently, and at some point, it had piled up across the entire yard.

The first thing Li Dan saw upon waking was the snow-covered world. After one glance, he burrowed back into Jennifer's warmest place and continued sleeping in.

It was nearly eleven when the two finally woke up.

If he had to use one word to describe last night, it would be satisfying.

Li Dan had never felt so refreshed before. Especially when he pushed open the window and a blast of cold air hit him head-on. With snow falling all around, the entire world was white.

Snowflakes danced gracefully through the air before lightly landing in Li Dan's palm.

Jennifer poked her head out from beneath the covers, sounding pleasantly surprised.

"Did it snow last night?"

Li Dan gave a hum.

"Probably during the night."

Li Dan quite liked snowy days. Everything covered in white looked far better than usual, and he could even build a snowman when he had nothing else to do.

Jennifer propped herself up with one hand. The blanket slipped down, revealing one shoulder as she lazily said to Li Dan,

"Darling, aren't you cold? Come back in and sleep some more. This kind of weather is perfect for sleeping."

Li Dan lowered his head and kissed Jennifer.

"You sleep. I still need to go to the school."

"Mhm." Jennifer gave him a clingy hum, but sleeping alone simply could not compare to sleeping while holding her man.

Li Dan went to the corner and picked up Chucky. That little ghost had actually tried to peek yesterday, fortunately, he had asked Diana
