Goku and the Earth Warriors survived Frieza and Golden Cell with Rhode’s intervention, and Rhode then traveled with Kid Gohan to the alternate Earth, where he revived Goku. Beerus arrived and challenged Earth’s strongest fighters, leaving Rhode to face him after Goku and One-Armed Gohan fell short.

• Goku fought Frieza as a Super Saiyan 4 with escalating Kaio-ken, but Cell arrived, killed Bardock and Gine, and attacked Earth.
• Goku defeated Cell, but Frieza returned and forced Goku and Vegeta to fuse into Vegito, who then battled Golden Cell.
• Golden Cell’s attack threatened Earth, so Rhode revived the fallen, restored West City, and learned that a Black Robe had helped Cell cross between worlds.
• Rhode sealed Golden Cell away, then sent Goku to train Trunks and offered to train Kid Gohan before taking him to Trunks’s world.
• Rhode met One-Armed Gohan and revived Goku, then warned the group that Beerus might destroy Earth if displeased.
• Beerus arrived at the welcome party and fought Goku, who tried Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan Blue, and an unstable God Ki form without defeating him.
• One-Armed Gohan fought Beerus in Beast Form but was knocked unconscious, and Rhode restored him before agreeing to fight Beerus himself.

Rhode defeated Beerus and Champa, returned One-Armed Gohan to the Main World, and pursued mastery of Divine Power with Aila. After years of training, Bulma and Kaioshin Shin prepared a tournament to draw out Babidi before he could unseal Majin Buu.

• Rhode fought Beerus in an Extra-dimensional Space, defeated him without facing his Destruction Form, and agreed to beat Champa.
• Rhode trapped Champa in an Extra-dimensional Space and overwhelmed him with Ultra Instinct, then returned to the Main World with One-Armed Gohan and Kid Gohan.
• Rhode revived the people killed by the Androids in Future Trunks' World, brought One-Armed Gohan back to the Main World, and trained the Victory Team against Golden Cell and Super One-Star Dragon.
• Whis offered Rhode a God of Destruction candidacy and explained the stages of Divine Power, while Rhode began studying Angel Power and other forms.
• Rhode explored Saiyan Origin Power and absorbed his clones’ research, discovering that genuine Dragon God Power could guide his understanding of other Divine Powers.
• Rhode and Aila trained for years, while Bulma and Kaioshin Shin planned to use a Martial Arts Tournament to lure Babidi out and locate Majin Buu.
• The tournament began with the Victory Team assigned to find suspicious participants and protect the audience, as Vegeta challenged Goku and threatened Raditz before their matches.
