A talisman sent Xu Qing, Mo Li, Ao Tianchang, and Wu Fei to a ruined city where they lost their powers and began fighting mutated demon monks.

• Xu Qing killed Soul Jade King, captured the Martial God Hall dungeon, and hunted powerful demons across the River Star Region before heading to the Myriad Gods Tomb.
• Xu Qing killed Yuan Zhao and several Demon Race experts, then entered the Myriad Gods Tomb with Bai Jun and Ao Tianchang.
• Xu Qing connected the South Sky Tower to the Myriad Laws Pavilion, found a Star Chart pointing to the South Sky Divine General’s treasure, and recognized September King in the tower.

There, he claimed ancient arts and treasures, killed several powerful rivals, and strengthened his body as the expedition continued.

• Xu Qing searched Gelagu Temple, gathered Buddha Fire, and gained the Buddha Dao Origin after Anasheyeye entrusted him with his inheritance and urged him to escape Buddha City.
• Xu Qing and his companions destroyed the Buddhist bell, escaped the city, and fought off a Demon Venerable before traveling to Starry Sea and eradicating Myriad Gods Hall.
• Xu Qing found September King’s body inhabited by another woman, learned September King was dead, and vowed to kill the Demon Race after killing Demon Venerable Xuan Zhen.

Xu Qing gathered powerful treasures, advanced to the Quasi-Emperor Realm, and seized control of several Prime Devil Race territories while secretly killing rivals and defending the human forces. After killing the Blood Sea Devil Emperor and winning the contest for the vacant seat, he became the Town Mountain Devil Emperor and headed to the Blood Sea to investigate its secret realm.

• Xu Qing stole the Nine-Colored Sky Mending Stone from the Angel Race and killed a guardian Quasi-Emperor, then entered a Prime Devil Race secret realm and killed the Town Mountain Bull Demon after defeating an ambush.
• Xu Qing took the Town Mountain Star Region, broke through to the Quasi-Emperor Realm, defeated Power Devil Emperor, and declared himself a Prime Devil Race Quasi-Emperor.
• Xu Qing killed Purple Sea Devil Emperor, Power Devil Emperor, and Mous during a secret-realm mission, then learned the Gold Mountain Seal and refined a Space Origin Pill.
• Xu Qing killed rival devil patriarchs, trained in the Blood Sea, and returned to defend the human forces when the Angel Race attacked Martial God City, annihilating Garvin and routing the invaders.

As the sect began rebuilding, he took on missions that drew him into conflicts with rival sects, demons, and the Manifest Saint Dragon Race, then moved to protect the Gu Family.

• Xu Qing seized the Prime Devil Race’s territories, defeated the Sky Devil Emperor, and claimed the Ancient Immortal Sect’s Sect Master Token and the puppet Xiao Hei.
• Xu Qing led his companions through the Immortal Gate into the Ancient Immortal Sect’s former territory and secured support from the Fei Lian Sect and other sects to rebuild.
• Du Gu Jiu Meng reunited with Xu Qing and helped him reclaim the Ancient Immortal Sect’s grounds, while Xu Qing mediated disputes and secured a share of the rewards from nearby missions.
