Chapter Summaries

Su Hong and his companions confronted Mu Wuji and six Shrek Academy students over two Soul Beasts, and Su Hong subdued them with his power. Mu En arrived to defend them, but Su Hong spared him and let the Shrek group escape, leaving Mu En to encounter Du Bisou's group.

• Mu Wuji claimed the Great Strength Bear and Phantom Swan for his group, then threatened Su Hong's companions and demanded they kowtow.
• Su Hong revealed nine Golden Soul Rings and forced Mu Wuji and the six students to their knees.

• Su Hong took Bu Yaolian and the others back to Sun Moon Royal Academy, arriving by the following evening.

Mu En defeated Du Bisi with the Sea God’s divine power after Du Bisi’s poison nearly killed Mu Wuji. As Du Bisi lost consciousness, a golden light entered his Spiritual Sea and introduced itself as Tian, while Body Sect members carried him away from the Star Dou Great Forest.

• Du Bisi entered the space Su Hao had prepared and began tempering his body.
• After returning to the Sun Moon Empire, Su Hong complained to Su Hao that he had stopped him from attacking Mu En and laid out his plans to reform society and eradicate Shrek and Evil Soul Masters.

After reuniting with Su Hong, Su Hao heard his plan for the Omnissiah, a powerful mecha powered by Omni-Aspect Metal and reinforced with laws. Su Hao agreed to grant it several laws once Su Hong finished forging it, and Su Hong went to retrieve Jia Lin from Dragon Valley.

• Su Hao appeared before Su Hong after three years and accused him of forgetting about Jia Lin while working on a new mecha.

Su Hong met the Nine Dragon Kings in Dragon Valley and learned that their spiritual power was fading because they could not cultivate or resurrect themselves. He privately suspected the Dragon God’s rules were involved, but persuaded the kings that resurrection was impossible when someone tried to restore a person of equal power.

• The Nine Dragon Kings asked Su Hong to honor their agreement by taking Jia Lin as his disciple, and the Fire Dragon King sent Jia Lin away.
• The Light Dragon King said the Nine Dragon Kings had only days of spiritual power left and could not replenish it through meditation.
• The Mountain Dragon King explained that their souls’ spiritual power vanished whenever they cultivated and that they believed the Great Universe forbade their resurrection.
• Su Hong recalled that the previous Dragon God had set rules preventing Soul Beasts from becoming gods, and suspected those rules also blocked the dragons’ resurrection.

After his attacks damaged both Soul Douluo, the banner wielder summoned twelve Sea Soul Beast resentful spirits, including a shark that lunged at Su Hong.

• Su Hong kicked open the branch's door and purified the Vengeful Spirits and Ghost Wind with his Aurora Blade.

He also told Jia Lin she would not need to hunt Soul Beasts for her first six rings, then contacted the Snow Empress with his Spiritual Power.

Su Hong let Zhang Lexuan and Jia Lin stay and play in the snow for a few days, while the Ice and Snow Two Empresses continued toward his location.

• Su Hong called himself Heaven's Spokesperson and invited the Ice and Snow Two Empresses to the Frozen Lake Jungle, so they flew there to confront him.
