After returning to Earth, Vegito decided to stay there for the time being because of what Roland had said earlier. When Bulma found out, she could not have been happier, and the smiles on her face became more frequent.

But while Bulma was happy, Bulla could not bring herself to feel happy at all.

After learning that Vegito had never once taken her challenges seriously, Bulla felt as if she had suffered a terrible grievance. Her dissatisfaction with Vegito reached its limit all at once, and during one gathering, it finally erupted over a few sharp words. Furious, Bulla flipped the table and demanded a duel with Vegito.

Son Gohan's family and Krillin's family had both been present at the time, making the scene unbearably awkward.

The result went without saying. Bulla was soundly taught a lesson by Vegito. Because of that incident, Bulla, feeling utterly humiliated, cut off contact with her family completely.

"Vegito, why couldn't you just go a little easy on Bra?"

Afterward, Bulma reproached Vegito.

Vegito said with a stern face, "She was the one who challenged me, so she should have been prepared to be defeated. She lost and still refused to accept it. If she can't even endure a setback like this, how can she become a qualified warrior?"

"Bra has never thought about becoming a warrior. She only wanted your approval, but you've never understood her."

Bulma shook her head. Perhaps because Goten and Trunks had neglected their training too much, Vegito had become especially strict with Bulla and lacked proper concern for her. That was not something she wanted to see.

"..."

Vegito's expression shifted slightly, but he said nothing more. Reflecting on his own actions, he then picked up a towel and silently walked toward the training room.
