The world Bulma lived in was truly too harsh, so she treasured this hard-won peace all the more.
That this world could be saved was partly because Trunks had worked so hard himself, but on the other hand, it was thanks to Roland's help. If not for his training of Trunks, Trunks's strength never could have advanced by leaps and bounds, and defeating the Androids would have been out of the question.
So when it came to Roland, Bulma was filled with gratitude from the bottom of her heart.
Now that she was seeing this legendary brother-in-law in person, Bulma could not help looking at him curiously.
This brother-in-law of hers looked so young. There was no sign at all that he already had children as grown as Askari and Luo Fei. If she had not known his age, she would have thought he was a young man. Bulma sighed inwardly: Saiyans really had long adolescences!
As Bulma observed him, Roland was also sizing her up. Hearing Bulma's words, Roland did not take credit and said modestly:
"Trunks grew because he worked hard himself. I didn't help much."
Bulma smiled and said, "Brother-in-law, you're too modest. How could I not know Trunks's situation? If not for your guidance, how could his power have risen so quickly... Askari already told me all about the Hyperbolic Time Chamber."
"Trunks never received systematic training when he was young, and I don't understand martial arts either. The fact that he could become stronger was all thanks to you, Brother-in-law."
At this point, Bulma's expression turned somewhat nostalgic, as though she were remembering the warriors who had sacrificed themselves back then.
The appearance of the Androids had thrown the rhythm of the world into chaos and brought tremendous harm to the entire Earth.
