As the Three Realms’ Great Dao shifted and Yi Yuan began integrating with Hun Yuan, Chen Mobai learned that Luo Yixuan had been taken into the Netherworld.

• Chen Mobai refused Immortal Lord Wuwei’s offer of a Heavenly Emperor’s Edict and completed the Nine Heavens Tribulation, then registered in Miro Heaven without accepting the edict.
• True King Taixu revealed that Qing Nü was Turtle Spirit’s reincarnation and that the Turtle Shell had helped Chen Mobai because of her love for him.
• The Heavenly Emperor’s investigation cleared Chen Mobai’s case, released Immortal Lord Wuwei, and restored Chen Mobai’s access to a Creation Immortal Pill and the True Immortal Pool.

Chen Mobai rescued Luo Yixuan from the Netherworld, then faced upheaval across the Immortal Realm as the Devil Master’s forces rose. He entered Primordial Beginning Heaven to find Baiguang, and the two sought a way back to their family through the World Destroying Millstone.

• Chen Mobai learned that True Monarch Yi Yuan was the Celestial Venerable, then watched Yi Yuan’s Dao Integration fail as the Hunyuan Bell advanced and sealed the Netherworld Gates.
• Chen Mobai entered the Netherworld, rescued Luo Yixuan from the Yellow Springs Pool, and overwhelmed the Sons of Ghost Mother with Sacred Virtue power.
• Chen Mobai learned about the Heavenly Emperor’s political decisions and received Eastern Yellow Courtyard, while the Celestial Venerable’s return and Reincarnation’s actions stirred the Immortal Realm.
• Bei Xuan Heavenly Monarch arrested Myriad Spirits, rebellions spread, and the Devil Master defeated Thousand Autumn Saint as Chen Mobai suspected the Devil Master was tied to the End of Fortune Great Dao.

Chen Mobai reunited Baiguang with the Broken Sword and learned of the Devil Master's threat as the Three Realms fell into crisis. He claimed the Sacred Virtue Great Dao, became Imperial Tutor, and ultimately attained Dao Integration before confronting Heishen Daojun.

• Chen Mobai escaped Primordial Beginning Heaven with Baiguang, who reunited with Chen Xiaohei before the Broken Sword awakened her as White Flame and she warned of a great enemy.
• Xu Sansheng identified Baiguang as White Tiger and revealed that the Devil Master was Yixing, while Chen Mobai later learned the Heavenly Court faced the Star God Palace and suspected Yixing was behind the threat.
• After Chen Mobai's Sacred Virtue Great Dao advanced and he transformed the Primordial Yang Sword in the Netherworld, the Heavenly Empress and Heavenly Emperor fought the Devil Master as White light joined the battle.
• Kongming gave Chen Mobai the Heavenly Emperor's succession edict as Miro Heaven came under attack, and Chen Mobai integrated with Sacred Virtue, purged the Devil Master's imprint, and became its Lord across the Three Realms.
• Chen Mobai defeated the invading Demon Gods with the Heavenly Court forces, imprisoned the Nine Heavens Demon Purging Ancestor, and accepted the Imperial Tutor position.
