Seeing him like this, Viola smiled and waved her hand again. "But you don't need to worry too much. Although the details weren't explained, basically, wizards who could post missions at the junction points did so because they intended to conquer the plane and turn it into their own Wizard Tower. If a wizard could use it as a Wizard Tower, that meant the plane they encountered was a world with relatively orderly rules."
So-called relatively orderly rules meant an otherworld whose plane rules were relatively similar to those of the native plane where wizards lived.
Though there were still quite a few differences in the details, they generally followed certain patterns, such as the Eloria Plane Cluster.
The more troublesome ones were planes with overly unusual rules. The non-combat casualties among wizards during conquests were basically all caused by such situations.
For example, the Shadow Plane Benjamin had heard of back then was a rather unusual plane. Even merely staying within the Shadow Plane would cause wizards to suffer constant damage.
The value of the two types of planes was not easy to analyze. For individuals such as high-ranking wizards, orderly-rule planes held greater value, while for a wizard faction, special planes might be somewhat more valuable.
As the two spoke, the entire plane suddenly shook violently!
Cracking sounds came from the ground beneath their feet, as though it were under some unbearable pressure.
Benjamin immediately saw the barren sky overhead abruptly torn apart by an enormous crack. It was a real breach where the Plane Barrier had been ripped open!
A bizarre sight unfolded beyond the crack. All manner of strange substances churned within it, filled with utterly unfamiliar elemental fluctuations.
"We've arrived!" Viola's voice turned solemn.
The other wizards also entered battle-ready states. Benjamin could clearly sense
