Viola naturally noticed her friend's abnormal state at once.

She stood up and asked with a frown, "Starfall? What's wrong with you? You look like your soul's about to fall apart. Even if the Star Ring Federation didn't agree, or set some harsh conditions, it shouldn't leave you like this, should it?"

Viola's words seemed to wake someone from a dream.

Wizard Starfall slowly raised her head and looked at Viola, then at Benjamin and Clark.

A complex expression surfaced on her face, a mixture of confusion, shock, wild joy, and a trace of helplessness.

"No... it's not that they didn't agree..." Starfall's voice was somewhat hoarse, carrying an ethereal echo that could not conceal its tremble. "The Star Ring Federation... agreed. As long as the 'little one' is willing and can successfully sign the contract, it can formally be taught basic wizard knowledge and accepted as a special member of Wizard Civilization."

"That's fantastic news!" Viola said, bewildered. "Then why do you look like your soul has flown away? You scared us half to death."
