In the enormous dining room, the only sound was Mrs. Oliver's devout prayer.
Everyone clasped their hands, bowed their heads, and half-closed their eyes, pretending to pray.
Sannomiya Airi discreetly surveyed the room and the servants, then turned her attention to the most important person there: Mrs. Oliver.
Never mind the Divine Grace she wielded; just take one look at her enormous, muscular frame, and you'd know she was more than a match for anyone.

The cake was tiny. Next to her cavernous mouth, it looked almost ridiculously dainty, making for a bizarre contrast.
Everyone looked at one another, unsure whether to eat, then turned to Lin Baici.
Lin Baici shrugged.
Seeing that Mrs. Oliver had chosen the cake, he picked one too and put it in his mouth.
God of Gluttony hadn't commented on it, so it should be fine!
Lin Baici bit down.
What was that texture?
Why did it feel so strange?
