"Our Lotto Group provided you with mech technology, production lines, and faster-than-light starships capable of traveling through the void, raising your technological level. Otherwise, would you have so many powerful mechs?" Farrow's gaze swept coolly over the crowd, revulsion filling his heart.
"What is it? You've been through just one battle, and now you're already backing down? Do you think things in this world come that easily?"
Sangbini said in a low voice:
"Mr. Farrow, we aren't backing down. It's just that none of our alliances can afford to keep fighting this kind of battle!"
Modi of the Duobimo Alliance chimed in:
"Mr. Farrow, we're grateful that the Lotto Group provided us with technology, of course. But as you've seen, our alliances have too few martial artists, and Grandmasters are especially scarce. This time, we've brought nearly every Grandmaster we could mobilize. If we lose them all here, we truly won't have the strength to fight again!"
"That's right! Farrow, we can't mobilize any more martial artists!"
Of course, although these people were exaggerating a little, what they said might well be true.
The Galactic Alliance was a newcomer to martial arts. Its martial arts had developed for only three hundred years, but it wouldn't be a problem for the entire alliance to gather over a thousand Grandmasters. Take the One Sect and Three Academies, for example. Setting aside the One Sect, any one of the Three Academies could mobilize a hundred Grandmasters or more.
But doing so would truly hollow out their civilizations. If they all perished here, martial arts across the entire alliance would grind to a halt.
After all, they weren't like the Tianli Sect or other worlds with powerful martial arts, where Grandmasters were as common as dogs.
The Galactic Alliance needed enormous resources to cultivate
