The Ancient Realm's junior trial grounds consisted of ten continents.
They were Red Rock, Spirit Tide, Flame Domain, Cloud Realm, Mystic Crystal, Shadow, Starweave, Vast Wilderness, Ice Soul, and Golden Sun.
The Tianli Sect had renamed the continents, and each had its own distinctive region, customs, and terrain.
However, their names followed the same principle as Red Rock Continent's: each was named after the region one had to pass through to reach the advanced trial grounds. Red Rock Continent and Red Rock City, for example, were both named after Red Rock Valley.

Cloud Realm got its name from the marshlands leading to the advanced trial grounds. They were shrouded in layer upon layer of clouds all year round, while the land was dotted with islands and forests. The clouds reflected on the water, making the place seem like a heavenly realm. Thus, it came to be called Cloud Realm.
Cloud Realm City was practically a copy of Red Rock City. It wasn't large, and its buildings were all made of stone. Only the main building housing the Great Array's control center had any architectural character, and its seven stories made it the tallest building in the city.
However, unlike Red Rock City after the upheaval, Cloud Realm City was bustling. The little city was packed with martial artists.
The city was lively, with martial artists active everywhere. The city gates were especially busy, with people constantly coming and going. Some martial artists left for the wilderness, while many others returned from it, carrying all sorts of Spirit Medicines and materials from exotic beasts they had found.
