Regulus invoked the Black family’s ancient contract against the Rowles and destroyed their estate before defeating Dag Rowle’s transformed Black Mist. After the Rowles surrendered and Regulus recovered at Grimmauld Place, Dumbledore summoned Geralt to Norway for a meeting with Fabian and Gideon.
As Geralt sought to understand Giant magic, he brought the Giants stories that challenged them to stay neutral and fought Hilder to learn how their power worked. After months of training and a final clash interrupted by Hrogar and Dumbledore, Geralt began to understand what Dumbledore had brought him to Norway to discover.
Regulus welcomed Nymphadora, tested and reunited with Sirius, and managed the Black family’s ties to the Death Eaters. After arranging Sirius’s removal from the family tree, he returned to the Hogwarts platform, where Lily confronted him over his summer silence.
Regulus learned how Slughorn’s soul-shielding potion might help him resist Voldemort, while pursuing magic, prophecy, and lessons with his friends. After Barty Crouch tried to take him to the Ministry over Edmund Wilton’s murder, Regulus fought back and walked out to meet Orion and Walburga on the bridge.
