Lu Bai killed Xiang Heizhi and Xiaoli after they tried to escape, then reprimanded White Shark for letting them get away. He declared All Villains the biggest force on Heping Branch Road and told White Shark he would be leaving Chikan Bay the next day.

After killing a student who insulted him, he faced biker leader Liang Tao and unleashed a terrifying presence, then noticed three people at the street corner with dark-red titles above their heads.
