Background

Yan Kui was a modern-day kickboxing champion before transmigrating into the dying body of a low-ranking Black Tiger Gang thug in Black Water City. The original body suffered from tuberculosis and damaged cultivation, leaving him close to death when the gang assigned him to scout the haunted Old Lin Family Manor—a mission treated as a death sentence. 1
