Chen Xiang’s pursuit of his mother led to a challenge against Heaven’s laws, while Wu Tian built a Buddhist kingdom through the Devil Dao and fought the Three Teachings. The arc ended with Wu Tian becoming a disciple of a Ruler, Xuandu choosing the path of myriad Daos, and Temüjin facing Zhu Yuanzhang’s army.

• Chen Xiang trained under Sun Wukong, returned to Mount Hua, and later led an assault on the Heavenly Court to challenge its laws and free Yaoji and Yang Chan.
• Haotian required Chen Xiang to summon new heavenly laws and endure their trial, and Chen Xiang shattered the old laws before reuniting with Yang Chan.
• Wu Tian broke out of the Dark Abyss, took Spirit Mountain, and spread teachings that rejected caste distinctions across the Western Lands.
• Fuxi guided Temüjin as he built his power, and Temüjin later accepted Buddhism as a state religion alongside Shamanism before claiming the Human King’s throne and founding the Yuan dynasty.
• Wu Tian marched east with Temüjin’s support and fought the Three Teachings, while Mu Ling and the people of the Western Lands sacrificed their power to complete the Dao-Demon Record.
• Wu Tian and Xuandu wagered within the Dao-Demon Record, where humanity forgot the age of myth and developed through science, and Wu Tian admitted defeat before dissolving into the Dao.
• A Ruler accepted Wu Tian as a disciple, while Xuandu emerged as the Dao-Demon Record’s artifact spirit and chose to cultivate myriad Daos.
• Temüjin invaded Great Qi as Zhu Yuanzhang’s army surrounded Dadu.

Xuantian and Pangu led Hong Huang through the Return Ruins invasion and the Boundless Calamity, after which the story turned to Lin Yi’s rise in Great Qian. Lin Yi reached Shattering the Void and Yang Spirit, while Hong Yi defeated Hong Xuanji and forged a new King of Divine Artifacts.

• Haoran united Hong Huang’s factions to build Hundred Clans Heaven City, while Wang Shouren attained the Dao as a Confucian Saint and the Confucian Saints joined Haoran’s Ancestral Land.
• Shui Yuechu and Houtu investigated the vanished Great Witch and the Return Ruins, while Hongjun failed to merge with the Heavenly Dao.
• Xuantian, Pangu, Hongjun, and Luohou entered the Return Ruins, fought Xu and its forces, and Xuantian captured Fortune before the group warned Hong Huang of the threat.
• Chaos led the Return Ruins army into Hong Huang, but Xuantian intervened, Pangu wounded Chaos, and a mysterious finger took Chaos away as Xuantian destroyed the remaining Dominators.
• Huang survived his Dao-attainment tribulation and transcended, ending the Boundless Calamity, after which Pangu, Xuantian, Nuwa, and Houtu took charge of the Heavenly, Devil, Human, and Earthly Daos.
• Lin Yi helped the foxes at Autumn Moon Temple, recovered Great Chan Temple scriptures and treasures, and survived his Lightning Tribulations before defeating the Witch Ghost Way.
• Lin Yi returned to Jade Capital, cultivated in seclusion, and later reached Shattering the Void and Yang Spirit, forming the Nine-Turn Golden Pill as his three Dao Fruits began to merge.
• Hong Yi attained the Yang Spirit, defeated Hong Xuanji with the Great Liberation Art, recorded his memories, and refined his remains into the Great Liberation Wheel.

Lin Yi recovered from his apparent death, entered a new world of cultivation, and gathered disciples and allies while rapidly advancing through its realms. After helping Ye Fan and others through conflicts and discoveries, he faced a tribulation that carried him into palaces resembling the Ancient Heavenly Court.

• Hong Yi defeated Creation Daoist, accepted power from the Eternal Emperor, and reached Half-Step Other Shore before consuming Meng Shenji and the Eternal Nation.
• Lin Yi revealed himself to Xin Ruyin, then traveled to the Tai Nan Gathering, where he recognized a damaged artifact as an Immortal Artifact and later took Han Li under his guidance.
• Lin Yi established Five Elements Island, accepted disciples including Xin Ruyin and Han Li, and survived his Five Elements Tribulation before being swept into spatial turbulence on the way to the Immortal Realm.
• Calling himself Gu Huang, Lin Yi entered Lingxu Cave Heaven, opened his Sea of Bitterness, and seized control of Yin-Yang Cave Heaven after defeating its elders and sect master.
• Lin Yi advanced through the Dao Palace and Dragon Transformation realms, fought Ji Haoyue, learned the Nine Secrets: Jie and Xing, and defeated the Golden-Winged Little Peng King with the Nine Nether Immortal Tune.
• Lin Yi, Ye Fan, and Big Black Dog freed Pang Bo from the old demon in the Immortal Palace, then escaped a Demon Race ambush after Lin Yi killed Fengxiang and other elders.

• Lin Yi entered palaces resembling the Ancient Heavenly Court and faced a Humanoid Lightning warrior wielding a divine spear.

Lin Yi advanced along the Starry Ancient Road, seized the Source of Dao, survived a tribulation that forged his weapons, and challenged Di Tian’s faction. At the Tenth Pass, he uncovered the Holy Spirits’ plan and fought their invasion, reaching the Fire Holy Spirit after killing Ao Cang.

• Lin Yi completed his trials on Fallen Saint Island, killed twenty-eight opponents, and entered the next trial ground, where he captured the Source of Dao and fought the Thirteen Riders of Wild and their allies.
• Lin Yi rejected offers to trade for the Source of Dao, survived an assassination attempt, and defeated Di Tian’s attackers after entering the Saint realm in the Primordial Dao Field.
• Lin Yi endured a Saint Tribulation that forged the Xuanhuang Mother Qi Sword, reached the seventh level of Saint King, killed Grand Commander Yu Han, and publicly challenged Di Tian.
• Lin Yi reached the Tenth Pass and explored its ancient Life Star, where he defeated a Nine-Tailed Crocodile Dragon and found Demon Emperor writings and a Flat Peach seed amid growing attacks on the Ancient Road.
• Lin Yi investigated the Burial Ground, discovered a sealed Demon Well, and joined the defense of the Tenth City after Tuolan warned him that the Holy Spirits planned to attack.
• Lin Yi fought the Holy Spirit army, killed Mopu, and reached the ancient well as the invaders tried to break its seal.
• Lin Yi broke through to Great Saint, killed Wu Lin, then entered God Forbidden and killed Ao Cang with Five Elements Annihilation before approaching the Fire Holy Spirit.
