Xiao Xuan ultimately created the Eternal Great Dao, while the story shifted to Jili seeking peace with Great Zhou through a marriage alliance.

• Hongjun devoured and refined the Heavenly Dao, became Hong Huang’s new controller, and urged its experts to expand their worlds without invading the Supreme Heaven Realm.
• Xuan warned Hongjun against invading the Supreme Heaven Realm, then fought Pangu in the Void Desolation for a million years before they returned to cultivation.
• Xiao Xuan and Pangu explored higher-ranked Chaoses, fought formidable opponents, and absorbed worlds and their origins into their inner realms.
• Liguang Dihao endured the Great Dao tribulation, entered the Severing the Dao realm, and joined Xuan as a Severing the Dao Supreme.
• Chu and Hongjun completed their unions with the Dao and passed their tribulations, while Chu declared his intent to challenge the Supreme with the Human Dao.

Di Renjie uncovered the plot behind the false Göktürk delegation and traced its trail to Youzhou, where he investigated official abuses and the rebellion. He exposed the corruption surrounding seized land and missing relief funds, but Fang Qian remained at large as Di Renjie moved to uncover the rest of the conspiracy.

• Wu Zetian summoned Di Renjie after Princess Yiyang and her escort were killed, and Di Renjie exposed Zhou Er’s murder of his wife before learning that Li Yuanfang had been framed for the Göktürk delegation massacre.
• Li Yuanfang recounted the attack at Shihe River, and Di Renjie linked Viper to the massacre and the kiln fire before meeting Wu Zetian and learning that the false delegation had sought to rescue Liu Jin.
• Wu Zetian restored Di Renjie to office and sent him to Youzhou, where he learned that Fang Qian’s officials had seized villagers and their land while withholding relief funds.
• Di Renjie exposed Fang Qian’s abusive general, took authority as imperial envoy, and investigated Li Er, the village rebellion, and the sealed mountain near Xiaolianzi Village.
• Fang Qian staged an attack and blamed the rebels, but Di Renjie questioned the account and brought villagers to testify about their stolen land and missing relief funds.
• After Zhang Laosi recanted under pressure, Di Renjie sent Li Yuanfang and Di Chun to summon Three Harmonies County’s magistrate and detained Zhao Chuanchen over the embezzled funds.
• Fang Qian and Wu Yizhi came to see Di Renjie after learning Zhao was detained, while Di Renjie kept Zhao guarded and awaited the truth about his accomplices.

Di Renjie exposed Liu Jin and Hu Jinghui, uncovered the rebel plot beneath Xiaolianzi Mountain, and restored peace with Jieli Khan’s help. After the court survived an assassination attempt and the Serpent Spirit scattered, Di Renjie learned that its remaining leaders were still at large.

• Di Renjie exposed Fang Qian as Liu Jin, but Hu Jinghui killed him before he could reveal his master or the stolen silver’s destination.
• Di Renjie discovered Hu Jinghui was Viper and let him go, while Hu Jinghui joined Jin Mulan, who refused to abandon her plan to seize Youzhou.
• Li Er revealed that he was Jieli Khan, and Di Renjie helped him reclaim his throne after discovering the rebel caverns, stolen silver, imprisoned villagers, and Princess Yiyang.
• Di Renjie and Li Xiao defeated Yu Feng’s uprising, while Hu Jinghui and Li Qingxia were allowed to leave Great Zhou together and Jieli Khan made peace with Wu Zetian.

Di Renjie and his allies exposed Serpent Spirit’s conspiracy, rescued Crown Prince Li Xian, and stopped Yuan Tiangang’s plot, after which Li Wan’er’s long life and changing plans unfolded across generations. The arc ends with Li Wan’er reborn in a young girl’s body and entering the World Association as Bu Jingyun’s maid.

• Di Renjie led the campaign against Serpent Spirit, and Xiao Mei helped Li Xiao’s group enter its mountain headquarters before Xiao Qingfang’s forces captured them.
• Di Renjie’s allies exposed Yuan Tiangang, Xiao Mei, and Hui Wenzhong as conspirators, then defeated the rebels, rescued Li Xian, and captured Yuan Tiangang after the flood struck Shangyang Palace.
• Di Renjie retired from court, and Li Wan’er revealed to Wu Zetian that she led Big Dipper Pavilion before the throne passed to Li Xian.
