America, San Francisco.
April 27, light rain.
Red Light District, 8th Street.
The sky was gloomy.
Rain poured down in torrents, splashing dirty water mixed with dust across the ground.
In a narrow alley, beside a trash can.
Grrr~~
A pitiful rumble came from the stomach of someone inside a brand-new yellow cardboard box.
The box wobbled, then suddenly toppled forward.
The sealed end hit the wall. A strip of tape that hadn't been stuck down tore open, leaving a gap.

Suddenly, a muffled thud came from outside the alley.
"Hey, freak with the white hair, think you're too good to talk to us?"
"You dare not say hello? Let's teach her a lesson."
"Yeah, nobody likes a loner!"
Several girls' bold declarations were followed by a series of smacks and the clatter of a schoolbag being dumped out.
Don't ask Rhaegar how he could tell.
Books with brightly colored covers lay scattered all over the ground, and a black schoolbag had been tossed at the alley entrance.
"How scary."
Rhaegar hugged himself. Better to let his stomach suffer a little longer.
Before long, the bullying was over.
Three dyed-haired high school girls each lit a cigarette, then swaggered
