Boom!
A powerful force of attraction swept in, and the entire giant hall began to tremble.
Yuan Sheng gaped. "Kid! You're not actually trying to move this entire enormous building into your Small World, are you?!"
Ye Kang said gravely, "I've never tried. I'm not sure I can do it..."
He wasn't being modest. His cultivation limited him; his control over the Ink Jade Realm was still at the most basic level.
Taking in such a huge building was no easy feat.
He was already starting to feel the strain. Nine Nether Hall trembled without pause and had begun to pull free of the seabed trench, but Ye Kang still couldn't take it inside.
Just then, inside the Ink Jade Realm, Ke Yuanzhou—who had only just been about to rest—seemed to sense something. He smiled faintly and snapped his fingers.
The next moment, Nine Nether Hall vanished, along with the unguarded Li Meng. Ye Kang stood frozen in place.
"Did it work?"
Yuan Sheng asked.
Ye Kang immediately figured out what had happened. He smiled knowingly and said, "I thought this palace looked ancient. It doesn't seem like those Nine Snake Monsters built it. There might be something hidden inside, so I'll take it with me and investigate."
He looked at Tiger King and Yuan Sheng. "Seniors, have you given any thought to what I said earlier?"
Yuan Sheng's expression darkened. "This is no small matter. How could I decide on my own? I'll ask my grandmaster when I get back."
Tiger King, meanwhile, wore a mischievous grin. "Good little brother, are you trying to keep big sis as your personal plaything?"
Ye Kang shrugged. "In a manner of speaking, yes."
"You naughty thing. But you avenged me, and I'm quite fond of you. I'd hate to leave you, too.
