Not long after Wang Ping handed over his calling card, two third realm cultivators who practiced the Art of Refined Wood arrived at the sect gate. With great care, they invited him to the reception hall in the front hall, then personally served as his guards and tea attendants.

This time, Daoist Wanzhi did not merely send word. She personally wrote a reply card and had a Six Hearts Sect disciple deliver it to Wang Ping, taking less than a quarter hour.

The reply card was very formal, consisting of courteous greetings exchanged in a highly ritualized manner. Yet this meant Wang Ping could now interact with Daoist Wanzhi as an equal. After reading it, Wang Ping wrote another card.

After another quarter hour of waiting, the disciple carrying Daoist Wanzhi's reply said, "Great-Grandmaster says that True Person is an old friend, so there is no need to be so formal. There is no need to insist on submitting three calling cards. Also, True Person may fly directly to Heart Questioning Hall."

Wang Ping nodded and replied, "All right!" After reading the reply, he left the reception hall. The two third realm cultivators outside immediately clasped their fists in salute. One of them took out a token and said, "If True Person is going to Heart Questioning Hall, wearing this token will allow you to ignore the sect's barrier arrays."

Yulian stretched out her neck to look at the token. Then, with a sweep of her tail, she curled it up, scrutinized it carefully twice more, and tossed it to Wang Ping.

Holding the token, Wang Ping transformed into a streak of light and rose into the sky, flying toward Heart Questioning Hall beneath the watchful eyes of the Six Hearts Sect's tens of thousands of disciples.
