Spirit Stone Rockery

This corridor was the "Eight Thousand Zhang Wish-Fulfilling Corridor" mentioned by the system. It was said to be the path taken by worshippers returning from Spirit Mountain after reaching the Great Thunderclap Monastery to hear the Buddhist teachings, a path where they expressed gratitude and reaffirmed their faith. It was also the only route leading to the Eight Treasures Merit Pool.

Yet what Lin Zhu saw before him was anything but a plain, unadorned corridor meant for walking.

This was clearly an extravagantly luxurious, exquisitely crafted "treasure gallery," built from countless Heavenly Materials and Earthly Treasures!

The corridor was incredibly broad, wide enough for dozens of carriages to travel side by side.

The pillars on either side were either gold or jade; even "carved beams and painted rafters" was far too inadequate a description.

The enormous pillars supporting the roof were entirely forged from rare Ten-Thousand-Year Warm Jade or Star Purple Gold. They were carved with exquisite scenes of Buddhas preaching, Bodhisattvas revealing their divine presence, and flying maidens dancing. Every stroke contained pure Buddha Power, so lifelike that they seemed ready to come alive at any moment!

The floor was paved with polished Glazed Crystal Bricks, smooth enough to reflect a person's face and shimmering with seven-colored light. Every brick contained a faint purifying spiritual aura.

At intervals of several zhang along both sides of the corridor stood statues of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Arhats, each carved from a single piece of South Sea Agarwood Jade or Arctic Ice Marrow. Their dignified appearances exuded a tranquil, peaceful aura, while their materials alone were top-tier resources for artifact forging or array construction.

Even more outrageous, the corridor was not straight and monotonous. Instead, it followed the terrain and was cleverly decorated with rockeries, streams, small bridges, pavilions, and terraces.
