Background / History

Bibi Dong married Qian Yu after Qian Xunji betrothed his disciple to the Qian family's prodigy. Their daughter, Qian Renxue, was born shortly afterward. During their marriage, Qian Yu repeatedly aided Bibi Dong: he used his original divine power to save her when Rakshasa Divine Power cultivation drove her mad, supported her bid for the papacy, and secretly placed his own people within her forces. Jing and Gongsun Li were among those Qian Yu had summoned from another world, though Bibi Dong believed such figures served her personally. 1

As Pope, Bibi Dong sought complete control of Martial Soul Hall and the unification of the continent. She intended to offer the unified Hall to Yu Xiaogang, whom she called the person she loved, while viewing Qian Yu as a disposable tool.
