Background / History

Qian Yu was formerly married to Bibi Dong and is the father of Qian Renxue. His divorce from Bibi Dong becomes a major point of resentment for Qian Renxue, who considers Bibi Dong ungrateful toward the man who had helped her. Qian Yu remains a source of warmth and support for his daughter, responding gently to her affection and questions. 4 11
