Over the past couple of days, Edwards and the Heat had taken down the Bucks and the Hornets to reach the Finals. That had made him feel even worse.

Edwards and Towns had been teammates on the Timberwolves for years, but they had never accomplished much.

Now that they had split up, Edwards had reached the Finals in the East, while Towns had reached the Finals in the West.

It seemed there were only two ways to make it to the Finals: flee Wang Yi and head east, or embrace Wang Yi and join the Kings.

At that thought, King Arthur quietly made up his mind about something.

By then, the Kings players had finished the awards ceremony and left the court. The fans, one by one, were also heading out, exhausted in body and mind.
