But to be fair, the Jedi Knight knew that the person opposite him definitely wasn't a Jedi. The reason was simple. Just look at the white-hot light bulb in his hand, then look at that enormous greatsword wielded by the person opposite him—the "forty-meter blade, giving you thirty-nine meters"—which was larger than his own, covered in luxurious patterns and radiating a frosty aura. The difference was practically that between a firefly and the bright moon!

As the saying went, every inch longer meant an inch stronger. Naturally, the Jedi Knight didn't dare clash the white-hot light bulb in his hand against Mary's Moonlight Sword. He quickly rolled backward, narrowly dodging Mary's attack. But even though he hadn't been struck directly, the frigid sword aura that came howling down still made him shudder. His entire body felt as if it had been thrown straight into a cold-storage room, and even his blood seemed about to freeze solid!

Mary forced her opponent back with one strike, then raised the staff in her hand and gave it a sudden wave. Several Light Swords appeared out of thin air, floating behind Mary and pointing at the enemy before her.

The two Jedi Knights were completely dumbfounded at the sight. The Galactic Republic had no concept of magic whatsoever. Some species did possess something they called sorcery, but in reality, those sorceries were merely applications of The Force. Put simply, they weren't much different from shamanistic rituals.
