Hearing the voice, Chiyo turned around.
The pretty young girl before him looked at Chiyo with delight, a typical long-haired, straight-haired Uchiha beauty.
Who else could she be but Mikoto Uchiha?
"Mikoto, why did you come to the Guard Unit?"
Chiyo looked at the Guard Unit uniform she was wearing, momentarily unable to process it.
Mikoto blushed.
Grabbing Chiyo's arm, she pulled him aside.
"Chiyo-niichan, didn't you say before that you wanted me to be your... secretary?"
Hearing that, Chiyo suddenly understood.
Damn it, he had forgotten what he'd said himself.
Chiyo looked Mikoto over again.
This outfit gave her a rather unique charm.
"So I told Grandpa. He originally didn't agree to let me come here."
Chiyo smiled when he heard that.
"Mikoto, stay by my side from now on!"
Mikoto's eyes curved into crescents as she looked at Chiyo with a sweet smile.
"Yes! Clan Leader!"
Her soft, playful voice immediately put Chiyo in a much better mood.
"It's already noon, Chiyo-niichan. I brought you a bento!"
A bento?
How did she know he would be back today?
No, she didn't know.
Then there was probably only one possibility.
She didn't know when he would return, but she made him a bento every day.
Just so he could have one whenever he came back.
Chiyo's strange look made Mikoto Uchiha lower her head shyly.
As though her thoughts had been exposed.
Chiyo glanced around and saw no one nearby.
He reached out and rubbed her head.
"Mikoto is just too cute!"
"Ah, Chiyo-niichan, if you keep rubbing my head, I won't grow any taller!"
Hearing Mikoto Uchiha's coquettish complaint, the smile on Chiyo's face widened.
"Chiyo-niichan, let's eat!"
Mikoto picked up the bento from a nearby table and took the Three-Color Dumplings from Chiyo's hand.
"Have the dumplings
