An Ping and Gu Yuena secured allies and built a refuge beyond Tang Hao and Ah Yin’s control while Tang San turned Shrek Academy and the Tang Sect against them. The arc ended with Yun Ming and Ya Li meeting An Ping and Gu Yuena in the newly formed Floating City to discuss why they had come.

• An Ping explained the God Realm’s plans and the limits imposed on Douluo Star, persuading Leng Yaozhu to cooperate and Yue Zhengen to support a city in the sea domain.
• An Ping criticized Shrek Academy’s traditions and warned Leng Yaozhu that Tang San’s influence and the Golden Ancient Tree made Yun Ming’s position dangerous.
• An Ping began a three-month breakthrough as Tang Sect and Shrek Academy leaders debated whether to attack, while their searches and the Federation’s investigation failed to reach him.
• After An Ping’s breakthrough, Tang Wulin returned to Shrek Academy and Tang San’s Divine Sense ordered the Tang Sect and Shrek Academy to treat An Ping, Gu Yuena, and the Soul Beasts as enemies.

An Ping revealed the truth behind Douluo Star’s suppression and brought Yun Ming and Ya Li into Miracle City, which began building its institutions and recruiting allies. As Tang San’s faction plotted against the growing alliance, An Ping secured support from Ling Hongchen and Mingdu’s families, while Qian Gu Dongfeng arrived to meet him.

• An Ping explained that Tang San had sealed the Abyss near Douluo Star to exploit its energy, and Yun Ming and Ya Li joined An Ping after learning why the planet suppressed Limit Douluos.
• An Ping named the Floating City Miracle City, assigned its districts and responsibilities, and gave Yun Ming, Ya Li, Yue Zhengen, and Leng Yaozhu plans for its development.
• An Ping moved the Southern Legion’s base to Miracle City, where attackers in legion uniforms and two later groups were subdued.
• An Ping taught Yun Ming, Ya Li, Yue Zhengen, and Leng Yaozhu about the routes to Godhood, and they chose to pursue Rule Power directly rather than bind themselves to God Positions.

An Ping brought the Qian Gu Family and the Holy Spirit Cult into Miracle City as it opened to the public and revealed its advanced technology. After Shrek Academy failed to secure the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Eye or the Star Dou Battle Network, An Ping demonstrated the Miracle System’s Dream Realm to Yue Zhengen and Yun Ming.

• Qian Gu Dongfeng accepted that the Spirit Pagoda had lost its technological advantage, and An Ping offered the Qian Gu Family a place in Miracle City.
• Qian Gu Dongfeng agreed to relocate the family and Spirit Pagoda personnel, while An Ping explained Tang San’s Divine Sense and the threat surrounding Tang Wulin.
• The Demon Empress chose to bring the Holy Spirit Cult to Miracle City, and An Ping agreed to accept it if its members followed his integration plan and stopped harming people.
• An Ping demonstrated that he could alter evil Martial Souls, and the Qian Gu Family began its migration while Lan Fuzi joined Gu Yuena in Miracle City.
• Miracle City opened to visitors and revealed its laws, education plans, and inexpensive evolving Artificial Soul Rings and Soul Bones, alarming Tang Sect and Shrek Academy representatives.

An Ping prepared Miracle City’s response to the Tang Sect and Shrek Academy’s overtures while arranging a public match to showcase the city’s weapons. Xu Xiaoyan and Yue Zhengyu defeated the Shrek Seven Devils, leaving Tang Wulin’s group to reconsider their strength and teamwork.

• An Ping told Ya Li and Yue Zhengen that Miracle City had its own stake in the Abyss and could not let Tang Hao and Ah Yin claim its energy.
• An Ping explained that Ah Yin had given Tang Wulin a Seed of Nature, which let him draw energy from the Abyss and strengthen himself and Douluo Star.
• An Ping warned Yue Zhengen that the Star Dou Battle Network could expose Miracle City’s users’ information, then arranged to meet Chen Xinjie and Zhuo Shi after the product launch.
• Tang Wulin and Dai Yun’er challenged Gu Yuena and An Ping, and An Ping arranged for Xu Xiaoyan and Yue Zhengyu to face the Shrek Seven Devils first.
