History

The empire developed around Soul Tool technology rather than the Soul Master-centric path of the Douluo Continent. Its technological superiority became the basis for both its prosperity and its long-standing ambition to unify the continent. During the Star Luo campaign, the empire captured border cities, West City, and South City through Soul Engineer Legion assaults, intelligence operations, occupation policies, and control of civilians.
