Su Bai guided his companions through Sea God Island’s trials, investigated the Ice and Fire God inheritances in the Extreme North, and brought the Samsara Spirit Pagoda to Spirit Hall. The arc ended with Bibi Dong agreeing to Spirit Hall’s role in using the pagoda in exchange for its support.

• Xiao Bai and Sea Witch Douluo challenged Su Bai near Sea God Island, but he forced them to kneel before sparing them and asking them to bring his companions for assessments.
• At the Sea Witch Sacred Pillar, Shui Yue'er received the Nine Trials of the Sea God, while Xiao Wu, Shui Bing'er, Ning Rongrong, and the other women received their own trials.
• After spending half a month with the women, Su Bai left Sea God Island and asked Bo Saixi to look after the examinees, then learned she wanted help finding Tang Chen.

• Su Bai established the Samsara Spirit Pagoda behind the Pope's Palace, and Bibi Dong opened it to Spirit Masters in Spirit City.
• Su Bai reached rank ninety-five with a million-year ninth spirit ring, captured Yu Xiaogang, and later flew west after spending time with the women at Kirin Hall.
