The underling in charge of gathering information had a scar shaped like the character for "six" on his face, so everyone called him Old Six.
Old Six narrowed his puppy-like eyes, showing off his yellow teeth as he grinned. "Don't worry, boss. I saw them go in with my own eyes!"
"If you dare deceive me, I'll smash every yellow tooth in your dog mouth." Shen Yue issued his threat, then turned to the underlings behind him. "Let's go in!"
After the guards checked them, Shen Yue and his group entered the Trial Grounds.
"Hey, Yuchi, am I the only one who thinks that group who just went in didn't look like they were going to hunt demon beasts? They looked more like they were going to start a brawl," Qin, the guard on the right, asked uneasily.
"Don't stick your nose into other people's business. Our job is to guard the entrance and stop demon beasts from escaping. If it's not our business, leave it alone, unless you want trouble," Yuchi, the guard on the left, replied coldly.
