Then, for seven days, I rested, got a checkup, and even flew to Shanghai for an event. I felt like all my parts were about to fall apart.
Most important, of course, were the results of the checkup.
One red flag after another—it was downright scary. If only Old Ghost himself could be as red as those test results someday.
Before the checkup, what scared me most was when I went to Shanghai. I saw that the hotel was only a kilometer from the company and thought I'd stroll over. But after walking less than halfway, my chest was already tight, and I broke out in a cold sweat.

I was genuinely scared, so the day after the event, I went straight for a checkup.

I also asked the doctor about my heart rate. They said I drank too much tea and coffee, didn't get enough rest, and didn't exercise enough.

Still, overall, Old Ghost thinks it was worth it.
I finished writing Twilight Boundary from beginning to end. That alone brought me immense satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment, and nothing else could replace it.
While writing this book, Old Ghost experienced exhaustion for the first time.
There were several
