  • The establishment of the Heavenly Court shifted Heavenly Secrets, made cultivation easier for beings throughout the primordial world, and multiplied the Demon Race’s fortune.

Ch. 122Fuxi Joined the Heavenly Court

After the Heavenly Court’s founding celebration was disrupted by Mystic Ice Daoist and Lu Wu, Fuxi arrived with Empress Nuwa’s Monster Summoning Banner and confirmed Kun Peng as Demon Master. The gathering resumed, though several guests departed and those who stayed learned they would have to leave traces of their true spirits in the banner.

  • Jieyin, Zhunti, and other guests departed, while those who remained learned that shelter under the Heavenly Court required leaving a trace of their true spirit in the banner.

Ch. 123The Great Momentum of the Wu Clan

  • Wu Peng and the Wu warriors found sick and starving humans near West Kunlun, and Wu Peng treated the dying with medicinal herbs.
  • Suiren Shi confronted the Wu warriors, explained that only about a thousand of the hundreds of thousands of humans remained, and accepted Wu Peng’s proposal to settle on Shouyang Mountain.
  • The Wu escorted the humans to Shouyang Mountain, where Wu Peng stayed as their shaman and healer.
  • Suiren Shi taught the humans to make fire, cook food, fish, hunt, and craft tools, while Youchao Shi taught them to build shelters and gather plants and fruit.
  • Over three years, the Human Race grew to more than ten thousand people, formed tribes, and developed stronger bodies and a method of cultivation.

Ch. 125The Golden Core Great Dao

Wu Peng watched the human race grow on Shouyang Mountain as Suiren Shi repaid kindness and helped them endure hardship. Supreme Clarity Laozi appeared, raised Suiren Shi to the Heavenly Immortal realm, and taught the human race the Golden Core Great Dao.

  • Wu Peng saw the humans’ resilience as a wounded old man arrived, and he declared that his injuries were beyond his power to heal.
  • Suiren Shi cared for the old man for more than three years, and after the man vanished, he explained that benevolence meant helping others in hardship.
  • A hundred years later, the old man’s brother demanded ten human cultivators in repayment for the immortal pills; Suiren Shi sent them with him, saying kindness should be repaid.
  • Over the following centuries, the human race grew stronger and learned to survive by relying on its own resolve and wits.
  • Supreme Clarity Laozi appeared before Suiren Shi, bestowed the Golden Core Great Dao, and helped him overcome a Lightning Tribulation and reach the Heavenly Immortal realm.
