The Recon Seagulls had two shortcomings.

The first was that the seagulls themselves required a certain degree of genetic modification before they could adapt to the Bio-Suit.

Other than the vertical third-eye mark at the center of his forehead, his bald head had no hair at all, as though reminding others that he was exceptionally intelligent.

In truth, the artificial human—Lucifer—did possess an extremely powerful brain. Wang Gao needed him to control the Recon Seagulls, and without a sufficiently powerful brain, he would never be able to process the constant torrent of information being fed back.

Wang Gao took Lucifer up the elevator to the mountaintop above the base.

This was the highest peak on Camel Island, with an elevation of roughly 736 meters. Apart from bare rocks, the summit held only a few weeds growing from cracks between the stones.

The sea breeze stirred Wang Gao's long black hair, which he had simply tied into a ponytail. Standing atop a large rock, he swept his gaze across the summit.

The mountaintop was not spacious, only around 120 square meters, and it was covered with jagged rocks.

But this did not trouble him. Wang Gao spread his hands, and countless vines extended outward, soon occupying the entire summit.

A genetic organism named Falcon was created.

Even the gene seeds of Recon Seagulls were contained within Lucifer's Bio-Suit.

Next, they needed to enhance Lucifer's information storage and analytical processing capabilities. Wang Gao's solution was an Artificial Brain.

The Artificial Brain was wrapped inside a flesh sphere filled with Nutrient Solution, essentially a biological version of a CPU core.

Because it was an Artificial Brain, Lucifer could write data-processing programs into the blank consciousness within those brains.

Lucifer's Bio-Suit Core had been preliminarily calibrated. Once it was implanted, Lucifer swiftly mastered the relevant abilities.

A vine grew from his body, and its tip began to swell until it became a pale green sphere about the size of a basketball. Inside, an Artificial Brain was submerged.

Sure enough, with the assistance of the Artificial Brain, Lucifer's information-processing speed became even faster.

Wang Gao then handed over Camel Island's Surveillance Vine Network and the more than one hundred Recon Seagulls to Lucifer's control.
