In the East District of the New World Group, an A-class garrison division was stationed, designated Z-A 106th Division.

This unit had 12,000 personnel, all equipped with Nano Armor and injected with Gene Evolution agents. Their overall strength generally stood at Demon-class.

The division commander was Kailer, a calm and collected young man. At the moment, he was in his office within the military camp, which was actually an ark battleship.

Looking at the report in his hand, he frowned and asked, "Chief of Staff Chris, there have recently been eight cases of soldiers undergoing Monsterization within our ranks. What do you think?"

Chris, wearing glasses, replied solemnly, "It isn't just us. According to an internal notice from the Military Department, multiple Monsterization incidents have occurred among garrisons in various places, with a cumulative total of 167 cases."

"Is it that serious?" Kailer's expression grew increasingly grave.

Chris nodded. "Yes. The Military Department is now requiring us to provide psychological counseling to all soldiers as soon as possible, to prevent them from going astray."

Still unconvinced of the effectiveness of psychological counseling, Kailer continued, "Is that also Governor's intention?"

"Yes, that is also Governor's intention."

"Can't we directly connect them to the Mind Net?" Kailer asked unwillingly.

Chris shook his head. "No. These soldiers have not yet been tested. Rashly allowing them into the Mind Net could lead to intelligence leaks."

The so-called Mind Net was a special Meme System granted only to official members of the Human Reform League. This Mind Net was not the complete version, but a limited local network.

At present, it was connected only within the One-Punch Universe. Only Kurapika and the others were qualified to access the headquarters' core network.
